Q: What’s the largest parcel size that fits?

A: For PBX1 it’s: 

Width: 16.54" x Height: 9.45" x Depth: 14.17" 

For a PBX2 it’s: 

Width: 23.62" x Height: 11.81" x Depth: 21.65" 

And for a PBXL it’s: 

Width: 42.52" x Height: 13.39" x Depth: 19.69" 

 

Q: Does it come with a spare key?

A: Yes, all PBX models are supplied with two keys each.

 

Q: Can it be wall mounted?

A: The PBX1 and PBX2 need to be secured to the floor however we have also supplied a wall bracket if you want additional stability against knocks and strong weather and added peace of mind that is securely in place. 

 

Q: Does it come with screws or bolts?

A: Yes, we supply four anchor plugs to secure it to a solid floor four anchor plugs are supplied and the bottom panel has pre-drilled fixing holes as well. A full installation guide is inside the box and available to download here too. 

 

Q: Do the paint colours have RAL codes?

A: Yes: 

Grey - RAL 7016

Black - RAL 9005

White - RAL 9016

 

Q: How will it be delivered?

A: Your prebuilt PBX will come on a pallet, secured by inflated wrapping and cardboard, all of which is biodegradable and eco-friendly.

 

Q: Can I buy any accessories for the PBX?

A: Yes, also available is a helpful Delivery Placard that indicates where to find your Penn Parcel Box.
